Setting & Decor:
Your guests will enter the venue and feel as though they just got off a flight to Morocco. With classy tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, and Moroccan centerpieces, your guests will be immersed in the theme from the moment they step inside. Guests can walk through a trading market and feel like they are inside the 1942 classic film and even pick up a Rick Place's cigar roller. We can have a logo on certain items in the venue, and can even have an item for a special giveaway. If you have an idea for a specific item, just let us know.
Around the Bar:
We can provide a drink station if there isn't one readily available, or we can accent an existing bar with 40's style decor. We will provide a bartender for your event to serve post-prohibition era cocktails like Gin Rickey's or Sidecars to you and your guests. We can arrange to have specialty drink-ware available for your event and also help to create a signature cocktail just for your guests if you want something classic, but with a bit of a twist.
Entertainment:
We can provide a DJ for the event to play modern dance music and top hits to keep the party going. He will invite guests to participate in the dancing and give any party announcements. We can have a Live Band to play 1940's tunes for the audience and get guests in the party spirit. Live music is a great way to make the theme come alive. We can arrange to have professional Swing Dancers to perform traditional style swing dancing, and the Jitterbug. The dancers can also teach your guests a step or two so they can join in the fun.
